Mum Plus One offers an unconditional guarantee of quality, fit and comfort. We do encourage you to choose carefully, however In the unlikely event you are not truly delighted with your purchase for any reason we do offer the following.

RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCT/S
Should your product not match the description, have defects that were not obvious or pointed out upon purchase or become defective through no fault of your own, the following conditions apply:
1. Please contact us by phone immediately to notify us of the issue and provide relevant details.
2. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
3. All tags must still be attached, garment unworn and unwashed.
4. If we are unable to replace the item, you do not wish to choose an alternative product of equal value or accept an in-store credit then we will happily refund the original product cost and the delivery cost, on approval of fault.
5. Any money refunded will be paid to the same account and payment method used for your order. (Note: that PayPal deduct a refund transaction fee from the amount we send you, this is not charged by us).
6. We strongly recommend all returns or exchanges are sent through a traceable method to ensure we receive the return. You are liable for any product that is lost or stolen during transport when returning the product to us. Please retain a “Proof of Posting” receipt from Australia Post or courier when returning goods in case it does become lost during its return to us.

RETURNING FOR ALL OTHER REASONS
Although we encourage you to choose carefully, we understand that you may simply change your mind, need a different size or be unhappy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason we will exchange it for:
1. The same item.
2. Another product to the same value.
3. An in-store credit to the same value.
The following conditions still apply:
1. Please contact us by phone immediately to notify us of the issue and provide relevant details.
2. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
3. All tags must still be attached, garment unworn and unwashed or defective.
4. For exchanges you must be aware that you return the product to us at your own expense and will be charged an additional delivery charge for the new product. Alternatively, include a self addressed pre-paid Australia Post satchel of your choice when returning the product to us. We strongly recommend all exchanges are sent through a traceable method to ensure we receive the return. You are liable for the product that is lost or stolen during transport when returning the product to us. Please retain a “Proof of Posting” receipt from Australia Post or courier when returning goods in case it does become lost during its return to us.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Unless a sale or clearance item has a fault that was not pointed out to you at the time of purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
