AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All orders made through Mum Plus One are delivered in Australia by Standard Australia Post or Express Post. We also recommend you consider using Registered Mail for added security toward the prevention of your package being lost or stolen during transit. Mum Plus One does take extreme care when packing your order and our aim is that it does reach you undamaged and within a reasonable time frame, and although Australia Post offers a very reliable service, using a traceable method will hopefully assist you should such a situation arise.

• Registered Mail (only available with Standard Post Parcel)

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering and delivered within 3-5 working days to most destinations across Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders made through Mum Plus One are delivered by Australia Post Air Mail International.
We also recommend you consider using Registered mail or Extra Cover (formerly Insurance) for added security toward the prevention of your package being lost or stolen during transit. You will need to contact us to make these arrangements. Mum Plus One does take extreme care when packing your order and our aim is that it does reach you undamaged and within a reasonable time frame, and although Australia Post offers a very reliable service, using a traceable method will hopefully assist you should such a situation arise.
